Battlefield 3 Markaz Monolith is one of four maps released with the Battlefield 3 Aftermath Expansion Pack. Markaz Monolith is a small map and mostly focused on infantry battles although it does have some air and armored ground vehicles. Experience a new kind of urban combat. With compromised operational abilities and unpredictable debris-strewn terrain, you and your team must adapt to survive.

Use the terrain to your tactical advantage. Navigate through decay and wreckage to find unexpected cover and passage. Fissures in the streets, ruined buildings and debris create new ways to flank and advance.
Combine ingenuity and firepower. Get additional support from heavily modified troop transports and civilian vehicles specially adapted to maneuver through urban ruin while delivering deadly firepower.
Access new features and in-game exclusives. Take on a new game mode, tackle new assignments and unlock new achievements or dog tags.
