Well guys and gals you have to laugh really, members of ea/dice were only tweeting the other day if the price of games was too high? After nearly everyone saying yes they then released information about the Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition, which in my opinion is very over priced.
Yes there are some cool things like the 14” Collector’s Edition Statue and the poster and stuff but why would i need a pack of playing cards when all i do is play Battlefield?
The Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition can be bought in the UK for around £180.00 for PC. and although i am a true Battlefield fan i can say i would never pay that much for a load of garbage in a fancy box. Sorry Dice but i had to say it because if i said other wise i would be lying it is very overpriced.

Battlefield 1 is nearly here, and we’re excited for you to play the full game when it releases on October 21 (or October 18 if you pre-order the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition*). And for the collectors out there, there’s the Battlefield 1 Collector’s Edition available in the USA through Amazon, with other retailers carrying it in different territories around the world.
This Collector’s Edition comes with a cache of awesome goodies:
Collector’s Edition Statue (14″ Tall)
Exclusive Steel book
Exclusive cloth poster
Deck of playing cards
Messenger pigeon tube with exclusive** DLC content: The Doughboy M1911 Pistol
We wanted to give options, too, so there are three versions of this Collector’s Edition: one that comes with the Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition game, one that comes with the Battlefield 1 Standard Edition game, and one that comes with no game at all (in case you want to get Battlefield 1 digitally but still want an awesome 14” statue).
See you on the battlefield!
